Our Financial Policy - O'Hara Dental 

For most procedures, we calculate the patient's portion of the cost (if any) at the time of service. We'll bill your insurance and take care of the rest.  If you would like an estimate prior to the procedure, we are happy to provide one. 

For your convenience, we also accept MasterCard, Visa, and CareCredit.

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nations leading payment program.  With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your dental care and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no prepayment penalties.  So, you can begin your treatment today and conveniently pay with low, monthly fees.

We strive to provide the finest comprehensive care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
